one difference i notice from the original (which is good!) is that the blur no longer adds white to the border of the image! im so glad to see my childhood back, and even on my phone! thank you so much!

これはオリジナルのPaintBBSによるものです。下レイヤー青、上レイヤー赤系統で上レイヤーぼかし、周囲が白くなりました。
funigeさんのほうが研究しているはずなので釈迦に説法とは思いつつ…。
NEOのほうが自然なぼかしになるような気がします…。
